description:
Enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) is a common reporter gene that emits an intense and bright green fluorescence, with a maximum excitation/emission wavelength of 488 nm /509 nm, respectively. Self-Amplifying RNA(saRNA) usually has the advantages of high protein expression, long duration, and low dose use due to its ability to self-replicate within the cell. EGFP saRNA provides a concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL and can stably express EGFP for a long time. The addition of 5mCTP suppress RNA-mediated innate immune activation. It is often used as a control to analyze the delivery and translation efficiency of mRNA.
